AdventHealth, one of the largest faith-based, non-profit healthcare systems in the country with 51 hospitals in 9 states, is recruiting a Family Medicine Program Director for an inaugural Family Medicine Residency Program in 2025 located in sunny Ocala, FL. Our West Florida Division is experiencing tremendous growth with 13 hospitals and is the fastest growing division in the company with over 450 employed physicians and APP's. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Family Medicine Program Director for this exciting new residency program affiliated with AdventHealth Ocala.

Family Medicine Program Director Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.

• Active Florida license (or eligibility for an active Florida license)

• Board Certification

• Five years of faculty experience as a Program Director or an Associate Program Director

• Ideal candidate should bring a vision to increase academic activity including research, posters and presentations. Dynamic communication skills and the ability to fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth are required.
